Personal Information
Randy and Kim are both Colorado natives, with a combined 30 plus years of real estate experience. In 2009 they made a decision to relocate their family to Costa Rica. Randy spent much of his adult career living and working in Central America and has always yearned to return.
Kim began her career selling real estate in the early 1990's and coupled that with an Interior Design business. Randy has been selling real estate since the late 90's and prior to that, he spent almost twenty years as a marketing and management consultant and real estate investor, many years of which were spent living and working in Panama and Columbia.
Randy is bilingual and Kim is working on perfecting her Spanish. They both have a passion for photography, travel and a love for life. Randy and Kim have five children, two of which are grown. They have both been involved in many activities and organizations centered around their community, kids' school, church and athletics as well as serving on several local boards. Missions and charity work are also a fundamental part of their family's life. They have served in several organizations locally as well as in Juarez, Cuernavaca, and Copper Canyon, Mexico; Sudan; and Nicaragua. The Toltz's have also hosted and chaired several charity fundriasers.
Randy and Kim are with Re/Max Prestige Ocean Properties in Playa Panama and Re/Max Los Tres Amigos in Playa Hermosa, one of the top Re/Max franchises in the world and the number one office in all of Costa Rica!
